TrustBay helps growing international businesses establish or optimise their EU presence — building leaner, more efficient corporate frameworks that better reflect how you actually operate. The result: streamlined operations, stronger positioning, and meaningful financial efficiencies that follow naturally.
We work with businesses that have meaningful international operations and the scale to benefit from a properly structured EU presence. Every engagement is tailored, fully compliant, and coordinated through licensed professionals across each jurisdiction.
Many businesses operate internationally but remain structured domestically. As revenues grow and clients span multiple markets, a single-country setup creates inefficiencies — in operations, in governance, and in taxation. Restructuring through an EU jurisdiction aligns your corporate framework with how your business actually works.
TrustBay acts as your facilitator: we assess your situation, design the right structure, and connect you with vetted, licensed professionals in each jurisdiction. Whether you're optimising an existing EU setup or expanding into European markets for the first time, we design the framework that matches your stage of growth. The financial efficiencies are substantial — but they're the consequence of getting the structure right, not the starting point.
Every structure meets local and EU regulatory requirements. We work within the law — no grey areas, no shortcuts.
We operate across four EU jurisdictions with direct, in-house knowledge of each country's corporate and tax framework.
We're not a law firm or a CSP. We're an independent facilitator — our only incentive is finding you the right solution.
